Licensed in both Kentucky and Tennessee, Kent serves clients across a broad range of real estate needs.  Since beginning his real estate career in October 2021, Kent has closed more than $65 million in transactions spanning residential, commercial, development, and investment properties.

As a CCIM designee, Kent brings advanced training in commercial investment analysis, financial modeling, and strategic real estate decision-making. His experience across multiple property types allows him to provide valuable insight to homeowners, business owners, investors, and developers alike. Whether navigating a residential sale, commercial acquisition, investment opportunity, or development project, Kent focuses on understanding his clients' objectives and delivering thoughtful, results-oriented guidance.

Before entering real estate, Kent spent 10 years as a professional golfer, competing at the highest level of the sport, including appearances in both the British Open and U.S. Open. The discipline, preparation, perseverance, and competitive drive developed throughout his professional golf career continue to influence his approach to business.

Originally from Glasgow, Kentucky, Kent attended Middle Tennessee State University before pursuing his professional golf career. Today, he resides in Bowling Green with his family and enjoys playing golf, coaching youth sports, and staying involved in the community. He is proud to serve Bowling Green and the surrounding South Central Kentucky region.
